Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support by performing tasks to ensure efficient group operation
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manages scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Makes travel arrangements and manages expenses for senior staff
  • Coordinates review and execution of legal documents
  • Assists with maintaining group file system
  • Assists with market research and special projects, as needed
  • Exhibits professional communication via phone and email
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures to resolve administrative issues and increase efficiency
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests
Qualifications:
  • Four-year college degree, experience in Legal (i.e. paralegal) or similar field of study (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (will consider internships)
  • Ability to work both with a team and independently, with minimal guidance
  • Strong computer skills required, including advanced Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Reporting skills, administrative writing skills
  • Managing processes, organization, and analyzing information
  • Problem Solving, supply management, inventory control
  • Professionalism and strong verbal communication
  • Role will be in an in-office work environment
