Teach Surgical Technology lectures, labs, clinical courses.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the Surgical Technology Coordinator in teaching all program courses lectures, hands-on labs, and clinical as needed.
Assist the Coordinator with preparing/delivering course material to align with program outcomes. Evaluate and grade student classwork, lab work, clinical work. Other duties as requested by the Coordinator. Attend Rhodes State College adjunct training. Experience, Skills & Abilities
Required:
3-years' experience working as a Surgical Technologist. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Flexibility.Preferred:
Prior experience with traditional and online teaching preferred.Education & Certifications
Required:
Current Certification in Surgical Technology (CST)Preferred:
Associate Degree
