Salary:$930.00 per credit hour
Part-time Adjunct Instructor wanted for Institutional and Commercial Culinary program to teach the lecture portion of culinary courses. Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, Hospitality or Food Service Operations (preferred)
Certification Requirements:
- ServSafe Manager Certification
Industry Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in institutional or large-scale food service operations (hospitals, schools, catering, corporate kitchens)
Teaching Experience Requirements:
- Prior instructional or training experience
- Online teaching experience (preferred but not required)
- Canvas LMS experience a plus (but not required)
