The JOB:

As a Server you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world. Our Servers proudly showcase our food & beverage creations and ensure our hotel guests, as well as our local community, have enjoyable and meaningful dining experiences. The Restaurant Server is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime. The Restaurant Server is responsible for taking guest orders, delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests with the high standard of excellence Noble House Hotels are known for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving and serving food and drink orders from guests, as well as accommodating special requests and needs

• Entering food and beverage orders accurately into the ordering system

• Providing menu item recommendations

• Informing kitchen staff of any food allergies or special dietary requirements

• Making sure that all orders are filled quickly and accurately, and that all food is of high quality

• Providing attentive service to diners, such as refilling drinks and checking their needs

• Addressing customer service issues promptly and referring them to management if necessary

• Maintain the assigned service area's cleanliness, sanitation, and organization

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests by maintaining communication with the guest contact person

• Ensure all food and beverages are served according to company standards

• Follows all grooming and attire policies outlined in the employee manual of Noble house Hotels and Resorts

• Assures proper payment is received from the guest and that the guest check and method of payment are accurate

• Ensure a thorough understanding of the menu

• Use guests' names whenever possible

• Maintain high standards of service for all guests and handle their first impressions on a first-contact basis

• Cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware are part of the side work

Requirements

Refined verbal communication skills

Experience in taking care of guests in a fast paced environment

Flexible schedule availability

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Current Food Handlers Card and RSB certified.
