Description: Provides therapeutic counseling to behavioral health population. Adheres to Trinity Health's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Trinity Health/MercyOne.

Position Purpose :

Provides therapeutic counseling to behavioral health population


What you will Do :

Complete patient assessments and social history

Provides therapy in group and individual settings

Plans for discharge


Hours /Schedule :

1.0, day shift

Some weekend rotations required


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, counseling, psychology, or other related field. Minimum of 3 years experience with individual and group therapy preferred.

Must have CDAC within 1 year
