Seeking a physician to provide services for opioid addiction treatment.

Treat patients in a collaborative team environment which includes nurse practitioners, nurses, behavioral health therapists, case managers, peer recovery support specialists, community navigators and the Medical Director.
Outpatient opioid treatment and drug rehabilitation program serving Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Provides the following:
Dignity, respect and caring
Medication assisted treatment includes methadone in both liquid and tablet form and buprenorphine in their generic forms, as well as Sublocade.
Individual counseling

Qualifications

Three years of documented experience in the provision of services to persons who are addicted to alcohol or other drugs and at least one of the following:
One year of experience in the treatment of substance use disorder (preferred)
Two years of documented experience preferred in the treatment of persons who are addicted to alcohol or other drugs
Board certification as an addiction psychiatry specialist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
Board certification as an addiction medicine specialist by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM)
