As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the setup, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' campaigns deliver results with accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise in ad trafficking, programmatic buying, data analysis, and ad tech platforms will be essential in driving success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, traffic, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and other programmatic or social media platforms.
  • Ensure correct implementation of tracking pixels, tags, and third-party ad serving tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, IAS, MOAT).
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and troubleshoot delivery issues, pacing problems, and discrepancies in reporting.
  • Collaborate with media planners, account managers, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to achieve client KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setup, change logs, and performance metrics.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends, ad technology updates, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to brand and platform standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms and tools such as Google Campaign Manager (DCM), Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party ad servers.
  • Working knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., GTM) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and digital compliance best practices is a plus.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education and relevant work experience.
