Job Title: Ad Operations Quality Specialist

Location: Cincinnati, OH - Onsite

The Ad Operations Quality Specialist (QA) plays an important role in ensuring the quality of client digital ads. The primary responsibility will be to support the development delivery process by creating, improving, and executing test plans and performing manual QA across our digital programs. The Quality Specialist will partner with developers and global/regional product owners to analyze requirements and execute test plans. You will gain an understanding of QA testing, how our sites function, the software development lifecycle, and agile project management.

What You Will Do

Work with developers and product owners to understand product requirements and develop strategies for testing them

Coordinate and execute testing activities

Perform regular regression testing and post-production validations

Partner with developers to debug and test issues in real-time

Review business requirements, test and certify changes for production readiness

Review and debrief end-to-end functional and integration test results with stakeholders

Promptly escalate any issue which affects product delivery and quality of production release

Work closely with the developers to test new features/enhancements, collaborating with them to iron out finer business requirements.

Leverage Tools to help with automated testing and proactive quality control of the websites

Obtain knowledge of publishing platforms to assist in troubleshooting

Prior related training or on-the-job experience

Ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly

Problem-solver and critical thinker

Detail Oriented

Desired Qualifications

1+ years experience with web & product development and working with technical projects & products

Familiarity with web technology and product testing

Experience with project management

Ability to quickly learn the digital products

Highly effective problem-solver with ability to quickly acknowledge when issues should be escalated

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
