As a Med/Surg RN at MercyOne, you will provide safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for pediatric through gaining adult patients with actual or potential medical health problems. Key accountabilities include:
Assessment and diagnosis
Outcomes identification
Planning, implementation and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice
Adhering to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
Active participation in performance improving activities
Schedule:
Weekend Package: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
7pm - 7am
General Requirements:
Registered Nurse in Iowa
Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing
