We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Services Delivery team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Request, gather, check and review client data, and prepare actuarial valuations;
  • Reconcile data and assets from previous valuations and prepare summaries of data, assets, and benefitsdefined in the plan documentation;
  • Check and review data or plan questions related to valuations and benefit calculations done by more junior analysts;
  • Prepares government forms and our regulatory documentation;
  • Perform Actuarial calculations;
  • Collaboration with client team and project team;
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time and to the high standards required.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors or Master's in Actuarial, Mathematics, Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering or similar;
  • Good understanding of the banking industry and rules;
  • Fluent English level (C1/C2);
  • Attention to detail is critical;
  • Strong problem solving skills & ability to clearly articulate complex issues;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills in order to prioritize and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks, in order to meet the multiple deadlines.
