Salary: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour - based on experience

Activity Assistant Responsibilities include: - Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
- Assist with orienting all resident to activity programs
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions; must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty
- Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas
- Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors
Activity Assistant Education & Experience: - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum 3 years required experience in Senior Assisted Living
