Job Requirements - Apassion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to apositive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, andall team members
- Ability to communicate effectivelyin English; both oral and written
- Ability to work every other weekend
JobResponsibilities Include - Assist with planning and providing a varietyof active and passive, group and individual activities which enhance themental, physical, spiritual, and social needs of residents through assessments,allowing them to play an active role in the community
- Assist with maintaining and expandingVolunteer Programs
- Assistin arranging transportation and escorts for residents to and from outside andcommunity activities
Qualifications - Theability to create interest in the activities and motivate residents toparticipate daily
- Creativityand motivational skills necessary
- High school diploma or GED
- Certificates/Licenses: A valid driver's license in the state of work is required
