Activities Assistant - Life Enrichment
St. Patrick's Residence is a faith-based, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility served by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm. Since 1964, the Sisters and their staff and volunteers have lovingly cared for individuals with love, respect and dignity.
We are looking for a
Part-Time Activities Assistant - Life Enrichment (with potential to advance to Full-Time).
- $15 to $17 per hour based on circumstances including skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
- Three days/week, 9:00am - 3:30pm with additional days as need, 2 weekend days per month.
Activities Assistant Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent.
- General computer and communication skills, musical capability a plus.
- Previous experience is a plus but is not required, on-the-job training provided.
- Patience and the ability to be creative, receive direction, and be willing to work harmoniously with others.
Activities Assistant Job Summary: - Provide support for resident participation in Life Enrichment programming.
- Create a positive, enthusiastic and fun atmosphere of warmth that encourages residents within an environment of safety.
