Qualifications: - Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Compassionate - must have the interest and ability to work with our population.
- Assist residents of the facility with everyday activities such as board games, checkers, and community bingo.
- Positivity - Display a positive demeanor and attitude at all times.
- Good time management skills, be able to transport participants on time to events.
- Communication - present clear and concise speaking and presenting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility with activities and the activity calendar.
Responsibilities: - Prepare activities - baking, bingo, therapeutic chores, range of motion, table games, etc
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
- Support co-workers and be part of a unified team.
- Assist residents of the facility with everyday activities.
- Ability to stimulate patient's interest in specialized activities.
