Job Opportunity: Activities Assistant at Sterling Ridge Senior Living Sterling Ridge Senior Living is looking for a dedicated and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team. This role requires someone who is passionate about enriching the lives of our residents and providing them with engaging activities, especially those with Memory Care needs.
Position Details: - Hours:
- Weekdays (Mon-Wed): 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Weekends (Sat-Sun): 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead 3 days of activities in the building
- Drive the shuttle bus for 2 days of off-site activities
- Engage residents in fun, therapeutic activities and support their social interaction
- Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record (required to drive the shuttle bus)
- Experience leading activities in a senior living or Memory Care setting
- Compassion, patience, and a love for working with seniors
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour to start
