What to expect: Create and lead activities for patients, engage patients in meaningful programs, work as a Team with the Activities Department. Must be comfortable driving facility van.

Successful Candidates: - Ingress Egress of Mobile Patients with Van
- Transfer of patients into and out of Wheelchair
- Properly securing WC bound residents into bays in Vans
- Must be able to lift transfer and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds by self in confined areas inside Van.
- Must be able to make complex decisions involving highly dependent patient base.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED
- Minimum - 25 years old
- Must have a valid DL
- Must be familiar with GPS and local driving area
