Activities Assistant We are currently accepting applications for an Activities Assistant within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to a job well done, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude is a must. Must enjoy working with our residents and families.

Requirements: - Ability to walk, bend, lift, and use fine hand coordination.
- Read and write in English.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Remain calm under stress.
- Must pass background and drug screen
- Activities experience preferred
Job Functions: - Help residents get to and from activities.
- Encourage participation in programs.
- Assist with outings and in-room activities.
- Create bulletin boards and decorations.
- Complete necessary documentation.
- Monitor residents' needs and report changes.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and respect.
- Report any safety concerns.
