Location: Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ or Charlotte, NC - Hybrid

FOCUS on HEAVY Powershell Scripting, Engineer Level (able to do custom designs), PKI.
Active Directory Systems Administrator provides support Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise. The core infrastructure technology duties include enterprise Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Certificate Services, policy configuration, and top-level support for enterprise-wide initiatives. The selected candidate will be required to;

• Providing enterprise-level support for Active Directory and initiatives following those through to implementation via collaboration with project and support teams

• Serve as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems.

• Suggest new solutions through research and collaboration with team and engineering and determine course of action for new application initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for directory services environment.

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.

• Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and third-party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines.

• Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.

• Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation.

• Provide training as required

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of working experience

• Experienced in troubleshooting and fixing issues. Knowledge in Software deployment and patch management procedures including server patching,

• Microsoft clustering and NLB setup Troubleshoot software and patches deployments. Test, troubleshoot, and debug deployment issues

• Experience in implementing and administering Microsoft Products, especially Active Directory, WSUS, SCCM together with the common network services like DNS, DHCP, etc.

• Experience in AD and Active directory Forest Implementation.

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Active Directory administration and Azure AD administration


• Hands-on experience of GPO, AD Connect and AD replication

• Good knowledge on Virtualization, Clustering and Hyper-V

• Good knowledge of SPLUNK and Powershell
