Active Directory Automation Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Automate Active Directory Deployment: Develop scripts and tools to streamline the setup of Active Directory, including domain controllers, domain trust relationships, and related configurations.
Manage Active Directory Infrastructure: Create scripts and tools to efficiently manage users, groups, computers, and other objects within Active Directory.
Implement Group Policy: Design and deploy Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security settings and manage configurations across the organization's infrastructure.
Develop Management Tools: Build tools for auditing, monitoring, and reporting on Active Directory, covering user account activity, security settings, and policy compliance.
Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve Active Directory-related problems, such as authentication failures, user access issues, and infrastructure errors.
Integrate Systems: Develop integrations between Active Directory and other systems, including applications, databases, and identity management platforms.
Ensure Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented code to support maintainability and future enhancements.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices for Active Directory deployment and management.

Skills and Experience:
Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or similar tools used for Active Directory automation.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory concepts, including domains, organizational units, Group Policy, and replication.
Experience administering Windows Server environments, particularly Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, security, and virtualization.
Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting Active Directory issues.
Strong communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
