Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience in Core Infra and Active Directory management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Active Directory Administration. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage and optimize directory services to support our organizational infrastructure. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Active Directory solutions to meet the organization's infrastructure needs.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory environments.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Active Directory-related issues and projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of directory services with other systems.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for Active Directory management and security.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and reliability of Active Directory services.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex Active Directory issues.
- Implement best practices for Active Directory backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of Active Directory configurations and changes.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on Active Directory administration.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in Active Directory technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Core Infra and Active Directory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and Active Directory Administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of network protocols and security principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
