ACT RN Case Manager

The PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, state licensure, CPR certification, and one year of experience in post-acute care. Job responsibilities include following treatment plans, charting, utilizing therapy software, providing excellent customer service, and working effectively in an interdisciplinary team. Other duties involve maintaining professional relationships, adhering to company policies, and ensuring patient safety and sanitation.
