Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced modeling and valuation analysis (Argus and Excel) for new acquisitions.
  • Analyze new opportunities using discounted cash flow models
  • Conduct in-depth market research to help inform investment decisions
  • Prepare thorough investment memos and pitch decks for internal committees and external stakeholders
  • Create and update lender packages for financing efforts
  • Work closely with the Acquisitions Team to monitor and track deal pipeline
  • Assist in due diligence efforts


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related industry is preferred
  • Exceptions can be made for high-quality candidates with no past experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
  • Experience with Argus software is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis concepts such as discounted cash flows, rates of returns, and net present value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel on occasion


Compensation:

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000. This range is subject to change and takes into account the experience levels, education, and qualifications of potential candidates.
