RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking an individual to support a Prime Contract in Springfield, VA. This position is open to a promotion of the current employee. Overall Assignment Description: Provides a broad range of acquisition and systems engineering subject matter expertise support as well as coordination duties in support of the program management office (PMO). Skills and Experience: 8 years of total work, or 10 years of total work and 6 years of specialized. Required:

• 8 years w/Bachelor's Degree in business, or business related field such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent work experience

• 6 years of Specialized experience supporting Intelligence Community in acquisition lifecycle management or systems engineering.

• Ability to utilize office automation hardware, and software applications in the preparation of written documentation, databases, spreadsheets, and briefing presentations etc. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Assist with the writing, reviewing and coordinating at least the following documents: acquisition plans, statements of work, justification and approval documentation, analysis of alternatives (AoA) studies, and other acquisition assignments as required.
• Work with the Government chief of staff and COR's to assist with the development of contract status briefings, update dashboards, and as needed acquisition resource reviews with senior Government management.

• Prepare, maintain, and present acquisition, financial and budget reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) to senior leadership, as well as drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing Desired:

• Experience working with DoD or IC acquisition or pre-acquisition engineering projects

• The ability to effectively comprehend and convey information with and from others in writing and verbal communications.
