Job Number: R Acquisition Documentation and Portfolio Manager The Opportunity: As an acquisition management professional, you know that both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle are pivotal to your clients' missions. Bring your passion to support pre- and post-award federal contracts and improve the processes that defend our nation. On our team, you will be responsible for managing acquisition documentation, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and policies , and overseeing the strategic planning and execution of program portfolios. You'll use your ability to write executive-level communications, briefings, whitepapers, acquisition decision memorandum, Memorandums of Understanding, and similar documents. You'll assist with customizing acquisition policy requirements to align with the specific needs of an acquisition program at its given lifecycle. You'll provide acquisition expertise by c ond ucting compliance reviews and providing recommendations to improve acquisition documentation quality. You'll track and assess the performance of various acquisition projects, providing risk mitigation strategies and corrective actions when necessary. You'll create and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to obtain concurrence, and you'll deliver meaningful acquisition support. Join us. The world can't wait. Experience fulfilling the documentation and information requirements of acquisition and functional policies Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, CS, or Information Systems Nice If You Have: Knowledge of DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework policies , including both the set of functional policies and the set of acquisition pathway policies Knowledge of the development of Acquisition Strategies, Capability Needs Statements, Business Capability Requirements Documents, and User Agreements Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
