Millennium Corporation is hiring an Acquisition Analyst to support a DOD program on-site in Ft Belvoir, VA. All candidates MUST have an active secret clearance to qualify for consideration.


The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing the product acquisition lifecycle for the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies. This role involves assisting with strategic planning, contract management, cost analysis, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services.


The ideal candidate will:


  • Manage acquisition processes across the full product line, overseeing all stages of the acquisition life cycle.
  • Coordinate product tasks and deliverables across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.
  • Prepare, configure, and manage Milestone documentation.
  • Assist in defining contracting strategies, preparing contracting documents, and collaborating with Army Contracting Command.
  • Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations.
  • Contribute to product IPTs, test events, reviews, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide contract oversight for assigned products to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Manage and track the program budget and master schedule.
  • Identify and assess trade-offs related to cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Lead the preparation of Supply Request Packages for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and manage product transitions from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment.
  • Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other acquisition-related documents.
  • Collaborate with contracting personnel to ensure desired contractual outcomes.
  • Ensure configuration control across all program deliverables.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans for product development and delivery.
  • Perform acquisition planning tasks to support program objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Candidates must have an active secret clearance to qualify for consideration.
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience in acquisition career specialization relevant to the duty assignment (e.g., Program Management, Contracting, Logistics).
  • Proven expertise in managing cost, schedule, and performance within a program office.
  • Strong understanding of Product Life Cycle Management and Project Team Management.
  • Extensive experience in preparing Acquisition and Contracting documents, including J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F.
  • Familiarity with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), internet-based Receipt and Acceptance (iRAPT), cost analysis, Project Management, and database management.
  • Proficiency in GFEBS, DODI 5000.02, and the Defense Acquisition System.
  • Knowledge of JCIDS (Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System).
