About the role:

Are you ready to join the team that's driving America's powdered hydration brand continued growth? Liquid I.V. is looking for an Acquisition Analyst to help acquire new customers and subscribers to our DTC website. If you love e-commerce, performance marketing, and A/B testing, this role is for you.

In this role, you'll team up with our Acquisition Manager to assist with all DTC revenue-driving marketing efforts to ensure we hit (and crush) our monthly and quarterly growth goals. You'll collaborate closely with LIV web, retention, and marketing teams and external agencies to make sure we're all tracking towards our shared success.

We're looking for someone with an organized, analytical mindset and a passion for project managing-you'll help keep campaigns on track to get the best return on ad spend (ROAS). Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

Campaign Optimization & Collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with web, media, retention, creative, marketing and agency partners to ensure campaign alignment and deliverables are achieved.
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, and other cross-channel key performance indicators (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, TikTok Shop, Affiliates, Direct Mail and more) providing data-backed recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with project management and design teams to ensure creatives are optimizing for performance and launching on time.
  • Identify channel-specific trends and insights, recommending budget adjustments and high-impact A/B testing opportunities for ongoing optimization.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Update and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, providing insights to improve acquisition efforts.
  • Dive into multi-touch attribution (MTA) data to uncover opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with external data and analytics partners to help the larger Ecommerce team make informed, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience managing ecommerce and acquisition
  • programs
  • Have proven experience optimizing ecommerce acquisition channels
  • including (but not limited to): affiliate, paid social, search, shopping, and
  • discovery
  • Strong data & analytics background - with the ability to speak to digital
  • marketing KPI's and analysis
  • Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling
  • Can work with a fast-paced high growth brand
  • Has a test-to-scale mentality

Work Environment:
  • This role is hybrid
The expected salary range for this position is $73,800 - $110,800 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
