The Accounts System Administrator shall have the following responsibilities:
- Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
- Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
- Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
- Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
Mandatory skills: No degree + 10 years technical experience OR Bachelor's Degree + 5 years technical experience TS/SCI with FS Poly CompTIA A+ CE or CompTIA Security+ CE Microsoft Office Suite Systems Administration
Desired skills: Customer Service / Support Helpdesk Support Linux SupportIT UNIX Shift is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm OR 10am-6pm Training will be Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
