Job Description
The Senior Accountant will have a key leadership role in the team supporting the Directors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of own client of portfolio of limited companies, sole traders and individuals
- Management accounts preparation including budgets and cashflow forecasts
- Year-end accounts preparation (FRS105 & FRS102)
- Corporation tax returns and self-assessment tax returns
- Supporting the practice manager in workflow management and ensuring deadlines are met
- Support with team management across daily operations and ensuring provision of a high quality of service to clients
- Training and support for junior members of the team
- Contributing to business planning and growth strategies
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing a client portfolio, with strong skills in year-end accounts preparation (FRS105 & FRS102) and tax planning & compliance with excellent technical knowledge. You will enjoy working in fast-paced environment and have a desire to be a key part of a growing firm.
