Accounts Receivables

Location: Redondo Beach, CA
Pay: $28-32hr
Temporary: Start Immediately

Responsibilities:

•   Knowledge of basic Accounting procedures, AR billings , Payment/Cash Applications, Statements of Account, and related fields.

•   Familiarity with Export Finance (Letters of Credit, Collection Drafts, etc.) and Shipping terminology required.

•   Knowledge of/or Exposure to general Sales and Inventory / Accounting Operating Systems.

•   Detail oriented with high percentage of accuracy

•   Good analytical, mathematical and reasoning ability

•   Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal)

•   Must be able to multi-task and with good organizational skills

•   Computer proficient and with extensive knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft WORD.

•   Some Customer service
Job Qualifications:

•   B.A. degree from four-year college or university desirable, or at least one to two years of experience within a financial environment with general exposure to International or Global Trade operations.
