LHH has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a leading consumer goods manufacturer in High Point, NC.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional leadership abilities, and experience managing high-volume accounts receivable operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to lead, develop, and mentor a small team while ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of receivables.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a small team of AR coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to manage and streamline AR processes.
- Monitor and analyze AR metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvements to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and collection issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and present regular AR reports to senior management.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, develop, and mentor a small team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in High Point, NC.
