Proformance Builder Solutions is a leading B2B construction services provider, specializing in roofing, drywall, painting, siding, and house wrap for new residential construction. Founded in 2016, we have completed over 15,000 roofing installations and have recently expanded our service offerings to meet the growing demands of residential builders across the state. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities - Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue balances
- Record and apply incoming payments accurately in the accounting system
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Prepare AR reports and aging analysis for management review
- Maintain accurate records of AR transactions and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the billing and collection process
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
Qualifications & Skills - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay- $23-$27 per hour
