Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a repeat client in the search for their next Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position reports to the AR Manager and will be responsible for processing invoices and making bank deposits. They will also play a role in handling cash applications, managing the company aging report, and in posting receivables to the general ledger. Familiarity with Deltek products is preferred. This is a hybrid position that will require multiple days each week onsite at their DC based location. If interested, please don't hesitate to apply with your most up-to-date resume.


Essential Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for maintaining the Deltek: Vantagepoint Firms Hub, ensuring timely resolution of requests for revisions to client information.
  • Respond to and resolve client requests for updated W9 forms, account statements, and other inquiries received in the AR Inbox.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to address client requests for banking information while ensuring compliance with the Banking Information policy.
  • Process and complete lien waivers/releases in accordance with client contract requirements, consulting with the Contracts Department as needed to protect collection rights.
  • Manage all physical checks received by the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring proper deposit and timely entry/posting in Deltek: Vantagepoint.
  • Provide backup support for ACH and Lockbox cash receipt entry when necessary.
  • Assist with projects assigned by the Accounts Receivable Manager.
