A local, well-established building supply company has partnered with Aspen Personnel Service to find a confident, customer-focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Provide pricing and quotes over the phone
- Counter sales
- Work closely with general contractors and the general public
- Develop product bids based on client needs
- Write up orders accurately and efficiently
- Utilize the POS system to process payments
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely product delivery
- Perform a variety of other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Excellent patience and customer service skills are a must
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales and/or customer service
- Experience in the construction or building products industry is preferred
- Strong math and computer skills required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Schedule
- Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
