Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Summary: The Diadem Team is growing FAST and we're looking for a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to take ownership of their department and make a significant impact. This individual will support the accounting department of the Diadem brand. As a fully-dedicated A/R role, this individual will be responsible for processing incoming payments and orders, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all orders follow sales tax and billing requirements.
Responsible for managing compliance documents for P.O.s, billing, and sales tax.
Assist sales team with any questions or needs related to the accounting department.
Assist customers with any billing, sales tax, or other A/R related questions.
Work with customers to resolve any billing or order issues by phone or email.
Manage and process invoices & payments in a timely manner within the company's ERP system, Netsuite.
Generate Accounts Receivable aging reports.
Prepare incoming checks for deposit and apply payments to accounts accordingly.
Assist with customer refunds, tracking information, and order revisions.
Develop auditing systems for AR customer accounts.
Communicate shipping requests and priorities with the warehouse team.
Work with the accounting team to improve workflows and efficiencies.
Assist with any other projects in the department as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
Solid understanding of A/R functions and principles
High attention to detail
Highly motivated self-starter who can work well under minimal supervision
Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously
Administrative, office management, or other similar experience preferred
Strong work ethic to meet goals, targets, and objectives
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
BA in Business/Accounting or related field and/ or 1 year minimum of experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role
Proficiency in Google Drive programs
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
Experience in bookkeeping is a plus
Experience in Netsuite is a plus
Location: Pompano Beach, Florida (onsite)
Compensation: $52-57K (Based on experience) + Bonus
