Join a dynamic finance team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a detail-oriented and experienced collections professional with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and apply customer payments and invoices
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Manage aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Communicate with customers on billing issues
- Prepare A/R reports and support month-end close
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of A/R or billing experience
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- High level of accuracy and organizational ability
- Experience in collections is a must
