LHH is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the accounts receivable process.
Responsibilities: - Process and manage incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate and send out invoices, follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts receivable activities.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in-person to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end closing and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
