As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the company receives timely payments for goods and services. You'll be responsible for cash receipts, A/R management, month-end reconciliations, and assisting with financial processes that keep the business running smoothly.

• Process, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.

• Generate and submit invoices in accordance with company policies.

• Draft professional correspondence for past-due accounts and collections.

• Create reports on the current status of customer accounts as needed.

• Investigate customer discrepancies and resolve past-due balances.

• Serve as a backup for payroll processing when needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, and accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred).

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.

• Position: Full-time, in-office role.

• Compensation: $25-30 per hour
