Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Blue Bell, PA. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the day-to-day accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, debt collection, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include processing payments, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and ensuring timely communication with clients for outstanding payments. The specialist will also handle financial reporting and support the finance team with various tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance experience
- Proficiency in Debt Collection and Invoicing tasks
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Payroll processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with accounting software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare finance is a plus
