Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, located in Auburndale, FL. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting customer debts, processing invoicing, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. Additional tasks include performing account reconciliations, preparing regular reports, and communicating with customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Excellent Communication and Debt Collection abilities
- Proficiency in Invoicing processes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
