Accounts Receivable/Credit Specialist (Hybrid)
Assignment: Temp/Contract
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19112
Pay Range: $35hr-$40hr
Job Description:
A company located in South Philadelphia is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Credit Specialist on a contract basis who is able to work a hybrid schedule. Qualified candidates are required to have 3-5 plus years of recent corporate accounts receivable, credit and/or accounting experience. Duties will include leading all accounts receivable related activities, cash applications, handling credit reviews, managing collections, processing incoming payments, reconciling receipts, A/R aging, posting receipts, researching of customer accounts, generating reports and other standard AR/Accounting support duties. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Solid MS Excel proficiency is needed as well.
Requirements
- 3-5 plus years of recent corporate accounts receivable, credit and/or accounting experience.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong customer service/customer support experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Local candidates in the Philadelphia region who can work a hybrid schedule.
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
