Overview of the Accounts Receivable Accountant Role:
As an Accounts Receivable Accountant with us, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Fund Processing: Process and accurately post-received funds to maintain accurate financial records.

Customer Communication: As the Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will proactively handle follow-up inquiries via phone or email to address any payment-related questions or concerns.

Aging Reports: Manage accounts receivable aging reports, promptly identifying and addressing overdue accounts.

Reporting and Collections: Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports and efficiently process collections to optimize cash flow.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Accountant:
To excel in this role as an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you should possess the following qualifications:

Accounting Experience: 0-3+ years of experience in accounting, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and commitment to accuracy.
