- CFS is working with a client that is a well-established real estate firm conveniently located in Midtown, Manhattan near multiple forms of public transportation
- The firm has mixed properties and also affordable housing. They are one of the largest companies in the country focusing in this area.
- Real estate experience a plus, but not required. A great role for someone with accounting skills looking to break into the industry
- Firm is in high growth mode and continuing to grow / promote from within.
- Management truly cares about staff, open door policy, questions and ideas encouraged.
- They work on a hybrid schedule with 2 days in office and 3 remotely from home
- This position requires a candidate with working knowledge of Yardi
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling discrepancies in tenant ledgers
- Reviewing information in Yardi to calculate the difference
- Accounts Receivable responsibilities
- Ensure accurate payment application
- Work within Microsoft Excel as it relates to AR
Experience Preferred:
- All levels encouraged to apply
- Working knowledge of Yardi is a must
