What You'll Be Doing: - Processing invoices with accuracy and efficiency within our accounting and purchasing systems.
- Ensuring smooth transactions by verifying purchase orders and packing slips via a three-way match process.
- Reconciling vendor statements and credit card transactions to keep finances in check.
- Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or inquiries.
- Setting up and maintaining vendor profiles with up-to-date information.
- Monitoring and managing Accounts Payable reports to ensure timely payments.
- Continuously learning and growing through training and development opportunities.
- Tackling other exciting tasks that come your way.
What You Bring to the Team: A High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2+ years of experience in high-volume accounts payable.
Excellent communication skills-you're great at working with vendors, teammates, and other departments.
Strong organizational abilities-you can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail-you catch errors and ensure accuracy in every transaction.
Discretion & professionalism-you handle sensitive financial information with care.
Tech-savvy mindset-proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with accounting systems.
A collaborative and proactive attitude-you enjoy solving problems and making processes better.
Experience with 10-key and data entry-a plus for managing high-volume transactions efficiently.
