Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Tampa, FL.
This is an onsite, contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities- Code and process invoices daily utilizing three-way matching
- Perform weekly check runs, as well as invoice & vendor statement reconciliations
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies
- Set up new vendors and maintain contractor insurance
- Process expense reports
- Post journal entries
Experience- Two years of accounts payable experience required
Skills/Knowledge- Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Solid communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Education- Associate degree in Accounting preferred
Work Hours/Pay Rate- Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
- $20-24/hr.
