Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee AP functions, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and adherence to vendor terms.
- Analyze AP metrics and KPIs to identify process improvements and support working capital goals.
- Prepare journal entries and GL postings; ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of related balance sheet accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to support fixed asset tracking, capital project accounting, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain master data and vendor lists, ensuring system accuracy and integrity across ERP platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
- 2-3+ years of accounting experience including AP, journal entries, and balance sheet ownership.
- Proficiency with large ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data points, ask questions, and dig into financial trends.
- Self-starter with a curious mindset, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in a growing or entrepreneurial environment.
This is an on-site position based in the Newberg/McMinnville, OR area. Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Newberg, Oregon, and the surrounding area.
