LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage billing, collections, and payment processing while maintaining accurate financial records. This role is vital to ensuring cash flow and excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and distribute invoices promptly and accurately.
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Process and record incoming payments, ensuring accurate application to accounts.
- Research and resolve discrepancies or disputes in billing or payments.
- Reconcile AR sub-ledger accounts and assist with month-end closing processes.
- Prepare AR aging reports and provide updates to management on collection activities.
- Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries and payment issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline AR processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
