Role: AP Specialist (Temp-Hire)
Location: Dover, NH (On-Site)
Pay: $25/hour
Duties:
Full-Cyle AP processing (audit) of all invoices
2-way Matching, batching and sorting
Weekly check runs
Accounts reconciliation and 1099 (annual)
Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies
Skills:
2 years of AP experience
Accounting ERP experience
Intermediate MS Excel
Must be accurate and detail-oriented
Experienced working with vendors
