LHH is hiring for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist ready to work with our client near Coppell, TX. We are focused on recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist with 3+ years of Full Cycle Accounts Payable processing, job costing, and general ledger coding. Job functions daily/weekly:
- General ledger and department coding for 250+ invoices
- Reconcile consolidated vendor statements
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Job Costing and process subcontractor invoices
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Obtain manager approval for non-PO expense invoices
- Expense reconciliation
Qualifications:
- Three plus years of full cycle Accounts Payable processing
- Construction Accounting Experience is highly desired
- Intermediate Excel including formulas and Pivots
- Independent worker and professional demeanor
- Stable work history is highly desired
