RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP MANAGER:
- Oversee and manage the AP and T&E departments (5 employees in total)
- Oversee the End-to-End AP process & Travel/ Expense Management process
- Reviews aging and determines invoices to be paid.
- Leas Process Improvement Projects to optimize workflows and create efficiencies
- Prepare and Analyze Monthly Reports
- Reviews and processes employee expense reports in accordance with company reimbursement and policies.
- Support Internal and External Audits
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP MANAGER ROLE:
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Associates OR Bachelor required
- 8 years of AP
SALARY: 120,000 - 140,000
