We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable & Human Resources Coordinator to support both the Finance and HR departments. This hybrid role will focus on managing day-to-day accounts payable functions while also assisting with HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong understanding of financial processes and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP):

Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Verify, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments.

Maintain organized AP records and assist in month-end close activities.

Communicate with vendors regarding payments and account issues.

Human Resources Support:

Assist with onboarding new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and benefits enrollment.

Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Support payroll preparation by providing relevant documentation and data entry.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.

Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or HR support.

Strong understanding of AP processes and general accounting principles.

Basic knowledge of HR policies and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting/HR software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, BambooHR).

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).

Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll systems.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
